Partner Terms
The partner workspace in botbas is for recording information and submitting software access verification requests only. botbas provides software, tools, files, VPS services, and educational materials only. botbas is not a financial service provider, provider representative, fund manager, portfolio manager, or investment solicitation service. botbas does not accept deposits, trade on behalf of users, manage portfolios, or guarantee results. Users make their own decisions and accept their own risk.
1. Scope
Access Partner members may record client information, platform account numbers, and submit requests for admin review of software access eligibility. Such data is used only for license or access approval inside botbas.
2. No Fund or Return Management
- The botbas system must not be used to accept funds, manage trading, manage portfolios, or promise returns to clients.
- Users must not record or promote provider benefits or returns in a way that suggests botbas manages or guarantees those benefits.
- Any compensation from external providers must remain a direct matter between that provider and the relevant person, outside the botbas system.
3. Communication with Clients
Partner members must clearly communicate that botbas provides software and education only. botbas does not guarantee profit, solicit investments, recommend deposits to anyone, or accept responsibility for clients' trading results.
4. Personal Data and Privacy
Partner members must collect, use, and submit client data only as necessary for software access verification, with proper consent from data owners, and must not disclose data without authority.
5. Suspension
If botbas detects risky legal behavior, misleading communication, profit promises, managed trading, or language that may mislead clients, botbas may suspend or revoke partner access and related licenses immediately.
